Letter of Commendation presented to Kevin Frost in recognition of his outstanding achievements in sports.

Kevin Frost has distinguished himself as an award-winning athlete in a diversity of sports, most notably as a three-time world champion in blind speed skating, in addition to achieving nine records and being awarded eighty medals.

He has also earned the reputation as an accomplished athlete in blind rowing, blind track running, and tandem cycling.

Most recently, Kevin represented Canada in March of this vear at the International Blind Golf Association World Championships in Cape Town, South Africa

He merits accolades as well for his advocacy and humanitarian endeavours, including fundraising for the procurement of hearing aids for Mexican children.

On behalf of Members of Ottawa City Council, we salute Kevin for his athletic excellence.
